It's much harder to find a solid leather jacket in my area in Texas than it would be up north. I wanted cowhide and not lambskin and that seems to be the thing. I ended up shopping online and this jacket checked all the boxes. You do need to order a size up from whatever size you wear as other reviewers said and after purchase I'd say that if you're any thicker than me go 2 sizes up. Arm length and shoulder are spot on when you go 1 size up but that gut can feel a little held back if you're not on the Ozempic kick. The leather. Ahhh, the leather. It was odd to pull a jacket out of a box but there was no set wrinkling or crimps in the leather. The hide is thick, soft, and smells awesome once you let it sit for a bit. Stitching is also well done with no hanging threads or unstitched areas. I'm mentioning all this because of my one caveat. The advertising and process did not mention the product would ship from China. In better times I would have accepted the risk and sung praises about the quality to get people to buy in, but since our government decided to trade war in the middle of my shipping once I found out it was being drop shipped had me on the edge of my seat till arrival. This is truly a 5 star jacket if you take into account everything I mentioned regarding size, fit, and feel, but the subtle lack of disclosure has me dropping a star. Shipping took 2 weeks and outside of the sweat I have nothing but praise for the end result.
