They do the job

I would have preferred the jeans to taper a bit more at the bottom so I can stuff them into my boots, but they are quite comfy and offer some forgiveness around the waist if you need to layer up underneath or if you're just bloated lol.

Hip pads definitely need to be upgraded. Pretty sure I've seen better hip protection on Drag Race. Knee pads are great.

Overall, definitely a good piece of protection for spring/fall weather.
